Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
1. Who we are
Duskline is a private application operated by a single owner (the "Operator") to manage and publish video content to channels and accounts the Operator controls. It has no public users. Contact: contato@getduskline.com.
2. Data we access
Only when an account owner explicitly authorizes a connection, Duskline may access, through the platform's official API:
- Basic identifiers of the authorized channel or account (channel ID, name, handle).
- The ability to upload videos, set titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, captions and playlists, and schedule publication on that channel.
- Basic performance information of that channel's own videos (for example, view counts), used to plan publishing.
Duskline does not access other people's data and does not collect data from visitors of this website, apart from standard server logs kept by the hosting provider.
3. How data is used
Data is used only to provide the publishing features described above, for the authorized account. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and not used for advertising.
4. Google user data and Limited Use
Duskline's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the user-facing publishing features, to comply with law, or as part of a security investigation.
Duskline uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Storage and security
Authorization credentials are stored encrypted on the Operator's own computer. They are not stored in source code, logs or public services. The application's interface is reachable only from the Operator's computer.
6. Retention
Credentials and channel identifiers are kept while the connection is active and are deleted when it is removed. Backups of the application database may retain them, encrypted, for a limited period.
7. Revoking access and deleting data
- Google/YouTube: revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The Operator also deletes the stored credentials for that account.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): remove the app under Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites). To request deletion of any data associated with your account, email contato@getduskline.com with the subject "Data deletion"; the request is handled within 30 days and confirmed by email.
- Other platforms: remove the app from the platform's connected-apps settings and email the same address to request deletion.
8. Children
Duskline is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
