Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
1. About Duskline
Duskline is a private application operated by a single owner (the "Operator") to prepare, schedule and publish video content to channels and accounts that the Operator controls. It is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up.
2. Who may use it
Access is limited to the Operator and to a small number of account owners that the Operator has explicitly authorized. Authorization is granted individually through the platforms' own consent screens and can be revoked at any time.
3. Third-party platforms
Duskline connects to third-party platforms only through their official APIs. By authorizing a connection you agree to remain bound by those platforms' terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, and by the terms of any other connected platform.
4. Content responsibility
The Operator is responsible for the content published through Duskline and for having the rights required to publish it. Duskline applies automated checks, but they do not replace the Operator's own responsibility.
5. Availability
Duskline is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from its use.
6. Revoking access
You can revoke Duskline's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. For other platforms, remove the app from that platform's connected-apps settings.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above shows the latest revision.
